Our team plan daily activities around our residents’ and day guests’ hobbies, abilities and interests. We have a planned schedule of weekly activities to entertain our residents and day care guests. If we receive a special request, even at short notice, we’ll try our best to make it happen!
Our team is enthusiastic and bustling with ideas to promote physical and mental stimulation.
We have a range of daily activities, cultural and religious activities, special events and excursions on offer.

Our day to day activities include group reminiscence therapy, group exercises, flower arranging, home-made baking, gardening club, quiz afternoons, beauty salon, bowling competitions, social group games clubs, bingo, arts and crafts, group singing, video calling loved ones, food art, animal therapy, dancing, sensory activities, post cards of kindness, air hockey, movie time and much more!

We hold lots of special events throughout the year including our monthly birthday parties, Summer BBQ, Carnival celebrations, religious services held within our homes, intergenerational fun with the grandchildren, and many live entertainers and musicians. Live entertainers and musicians have included Elvis, Violinists, traditional Caribbean drums, Irish dancers, Bouzouki playing, Greek dancers, Gospel singers, local children and many more!

Our residents can enjoy excursions to local attractions. Excursions have included Myddleton House Gardens, Forty Hall and the Courtyard Café, Cinema, Afternoon Tea, Golden Oldies Celebrations at Ashmole School, Remembrance Day Parade, Harvest Festival at a local primary school, Christmas lunches, Holy Week Church visit, Autumn Gardens and Anastasia Lodge’s From Home to Home Walk in aid of Alzheimer’s Society and many more!
